Arabella’s first priority has and always will be patient safety. We seek to continuously improve our performance so that we always exceed our customers expectations, the patients that use our products and the regulatory authorities in the markets we operate. To maintain our certifications, Arabella have an annual Surveillance Audit to ensure our policies and practices continue to meet the standard. There are active internal protocols in place of risk management and internal audit. As a result, customers can be confident that Arabella will provide them with the same high quality services well into the future.
ISO 9001
The Management and Staff are pleased to announce that Arabella for Medical Technologies has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification by DNV.GL. ISO 9000 is the internationally recognized series of Quality Management system standards issued to date in 180 countries. Certification is especially important to our strategic business plan as we expand our efforts to compete in the worldwide marketplace.
To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, Arabella underwent an extensive process of review and improvement to establish our procedures document and quality manual. This process included setting measureable objectives and incorporating corrective and preventative actions and methods of monitoring customer satisfaction. All members of staff where trained on the new or updated procedures and key staff are part of the review and improvements steps. Finally, an extensive audit was carried out to enable our certification.
Our long established policies, comprehensive quality controls, Lean manufacturing process and detailed record keeping has helped in the building of this program.
